2. Is UCHE HAIR real human hair?
Yes, UCHE HAIR is made from 100% Remy human hair, the best type of human hair available. Our hair is hand-picked and lined up so that all the cuticles face the same direction, causing less tangling and ensuring a longer-lasting product.
3. How many different colors do the extensions come in?
UCHE HAIR extensions come in 22 different colors that can be dyed by our in-house colorist. This includes 10 solid colors ranging from jet black to platinum blonde and 8 highlighted colors.
4. How do I care for my UCHE HAIR extensions?
We suggest using a mild, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Wash your extensions only when necessary, not as frequently as your own hair. Do not brush your UCHE Hair when it's wet, and be gentle when washing. Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to detangle.
5. Can I use hot styling tools on my UCHE HAIR?
UCHE Hair is 100% human hair, so you can cut, color, curl, flat iron, and blow-dry it just like your own hair. You can even use your favorite styling products on it.
6. Can I color my UCHE HAIR if it doesn't match my own hair perfectly?
Yes, you can color, tone, and highlight UCHE Hair to match your own hair perfectly. It's recommended to only go up one or two shades and have a professional colorist do it to avoid damage.
7. How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within the continental US. For orders under $100, we ship via USPS at a calculated rate. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes.
8. What is your return and/or exchange policy?
We accept returns for exchanges only within 10 days from the delivery date. Products must be in sellable condition. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs. Some products (like brushes, lashes, wigs, hair clips, gift cards, hair care products, and accessories) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

With proper care, UCHE HAIR extensions can last up to 2 years for processed hair. Our European wigs and virgin raw hair can last up to 3 years or more. The longevity depends on how often you wear and style the hair.
13. Where does the hair come from?
UCHE Hair is derived from premium, virgin hair from India, Brazilian hair, European hair, and our Jewish wigs are imported from Israel.
14. How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, except during sales or holidays. Domestic orders typically take 2 days to deliver, while international orders take 5 to 7 business days.
