IS UCHE HAIR REAL HUMAN HAIR?

Yes UCHE HAIR is made from 100% Remy human hair. The best type of human hair available. With Remy hair, only the finest virgin and untreated hair is used. The hair differs from the garden-variety normal "silky" hair that is currently available elsewhere in that every strand is hand-picked and lined up so that all the cuticles of the hair is facing the same direction which causes less tangling and a longer lasting product.

HOW MANY DIFFERENT COLORS DO THE EXTENSIONS COME IN?

UCHE HAIR extensions now come in 22 different colors that can be dyed by our in house colorist, 10 solid colors ranging from jet black to platinum blonde and 8 highlighted colors. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY UCHE HAIR EXTENSIONS?

We suggest using a mild shampoo and conditioner (sulfate-free ones work best) to wash your extensions. You don't need to wash it as frequently as your own hair; just when you feel it needs it. Do not brush your uche Hair when it's wet and be gentle when washing. You can use a wide-tooth comb to brush it out or use your fingers. 

CAN I USE HOT STYLING TOOLS LIKE CURLING IRONS AND FLAT IRONS ON MY UCHE HAIR

Absolutely! UCHE Hair is 100% human hair; just like your own! You can cut it, color it, curl it, flat iron it, and blow-dry it just like your own hair. You can even use your favorite styling products on it.

CAN I COLOR MY UCHE HAIR HAIR IF IT DOESN'T MATCH MY OWN HAIR PERFECTLY?

Absolutely! Unlike cheap synthetic hair extensions that cannot be styled or colored (plus it looks like "doll hair" next to yours) UCHE Hair is made from 100% natural human hair. You can color, tone and highlight it to match your own hair perfectly but it is recommended to only go up one or two shades and take it to a professional colorist to avoid damage.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We use USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping carrier for all domestic (US) and international orders. Right now, we're offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within the continental US which includes Delivery Confirmation. Delivery time is estimated between 1-7 business days. If your order is less than $100 we will ship your package via USPS at the calculated rate, and also includes Delivery Confirmation. All international shipping rates will be calculated during check out and take 5 to 7 BUSINESS days (some regions can take longer), depending on what shipping option you select, plus some additional time depending on the customs office. Please contact your local customs office for details as this varies per region. NOTE: You are responsible for any fees (duties and taxes included) that your country/customs post office charges you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We gladly accept returns for exchanges ONLY  for qualifying products within 7 days from the delivery date with a Return tracking number .  All products must be in sell-able condition and not damaged and/or tampered with.

All returns for exchanges ONLY  are subject to approval and must meet our Return Policy standards and guidelines. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs. It is recommended to send your item(s) back with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Brushes, lashes, wigs (for hygiene purposes) hair clips, gift cards, all hair care products and hair accessories.

SALE/CLEARANCE

ALL SALE  items are final,  our gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. 

UCHE HAIR® products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by UCHE HAIR®.  Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes,we proudly offer international shipping through our preferred shipping carrier, USPS and DHL.

All international shipping rates will be calculated during check out and take 7 to 10 business days, plus some additional time depending on the customs office. Please contact your local customs office for details as this varies per region. You will be provided with a shipping tracking # for your convenience.  Important: If selecting First Class, your tracking # may or may not update once the package has entered your country. It will be your responsibility to contact your local post office to get more information, including expected delivery date, etc. if the tracking # has not updated.

HOW LONG WILL MY UCHE  HAIR EXTENSIONS AND WIGS LAST?

Customers have reported that they have used the same set purchased for 3 years (processed hair) but how long your extensions will last depends on how often you wear and style it. Remember, the better you take care of your extensions, the longer it will last. Treat your UCHE Hair like an investment. Our european wigs and virgin raw hair can last up to 7years and up with proper care 

WHERE DOES THE HAIR COME FROM?  

UCHE  Hair is derived from premium,Virgin hair from india Brazilian hair, european hair and our jewish wigs are imported from Isreal.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

All orders are processed and sent within 24-48 business day hours of receiving the order unless purchased during a sale/holiday etc, which then will take additional business days for orders to be processed. All domestic orders can take 2 days and international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. 5 to 7 business days to deliver. 

I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE...NOW WHAT?

Once an order is placed through our website and the order is processed, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order confirming your order was received and a tracking number will also be provided for your reference.
